Birthrites Launch Party
The Vaults and Gardens

We had a fabulous party to celebrate the launch of Birthrites.  Tim and Maddy Harland, founders of the Publisher, Permanent Publications, were there, together with Imogen Oxley, whose images were much admired, and Tony Rollinson, who looks after promotion.  The event culminated with the launch of a single white lantern, which raced over the Radcliffe Camera, away over in the direction of North Oxford.  It had a tag to commemorate the launch of the book, and symbolised the book going out into the world.  Who knows where it is now.  Let us know if you find it . . .
